I've seen Kurzick Elementalists use Silver Armor in Fort Aspenwood, and it can be quite fatal and damaging to those players near them. Often times, it kills so fast that I don't even have time to move out of it.

But how come when I tried it in Alliance Battles, it didn't work out very well when I try to solo the shrines? Is it because there isn't enough people targetting me? But each shrine has around 3 Npcs, shoudln't their constant casting/attacking deal a lot of damage to them? I perfectly understand if this doesn't work on human players, but on NPCs, shoudln't it be a really good skill?

On the other hand, how come the Kurzick Elementalists in Fort Aspenwood can deal so much damage and actually kill with this skill, but I can't? Any suggestions on how to better use this skill?

Need more people targetting you, its only effective when under heavy fire, not very practical.

Because the gate NPCs are getting attacked by 4 warriors at once, or three at once with one taking double-damage because of Healing Signet.

The shrine NPCs might do similar if you wait until after they've dumped their spirits, but that's not very practical. If you're running an ele and want to solo the shrines, just cast Meteor Shower once and GG.

If its killing you that fast then clearly theirs quite a bit of stuff targeting the kurzick elementalist

I think he forgot to mention that he didn't have armor and was using frenzy+healsig, and that a fireball hit him the same time he was taking sliver armor damage...

at level 13 with 35 armor
